The fee you pay is a service charge for the professional preparation, formatting, and delivery of travel-related documents. It is not the cost of actual airline tickets, hotel stays, or confirmed bookings. Our documents are temporary reservations intended specifically for visa application purposes and must not be used for actual travel.
1.2 Payment Confirmation
Upon placing an order and successfully completing payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order reference number, service details, and estimated delivery time. This email serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that our services are digital in nature and that fulfilment begins immediately upon payment. You agree that documents are prepared and delivered based on the information you provide at the time of order.
2. Refund Eligibility
ReservationPoints.com operates under a general no refund policy for completed digital services. However, we recognise that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a full or partial refund. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
2.1 Non-Delivery of Service
If we fail to deliver your requested documents within a reasonable time frame beyond the selected processing tier, and we are unable to resolve the issue upon being notified, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
2.2 Material Errors on Our Part
If the documents we deliver contain material errors attributable to us — such as incorrect flight routes or formatting errors that were not caused by inaccurate information provided by you — and we are unable to correct the error in a timely manner, you may be eligible for a refund.
2.3 Technical Failure & Duplicate Charges
If a confirmed payment was processed but a system error prevented service delivery entirely, or if you were charged multiple times for a single order, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous amount.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Visa decisions rest solely with the embassy or government. Rejections for any reason — including insufficient funds, travel history, lack of ties to home country, or embassy discretion — are not refundable.
× Change of Mind
Cancellations of travel plans, changed destinations, or no longer requiring the service after order.
× Customer Errors
Incorrect passenger names, passport details, or dates provided by you. (We offer free corrections instead).
× Expiry of Validity
Temporary PNRs or bookings that naturally expire before your appointment date due to poor timing.
4. Free Corrections & Amendments
We understand that travel plans can evolve, and we want to ensure your documents are always accurate and fit for purpose. ReservationPoints.com offers unlimited reasonable corrections to your itinerary documents at no additional charge.
What We Can Correct For Free:
To request a correction, simply reply to your delivery email or contact [email protected] with your Order Reference Number.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the criteria in Section 2, email [email protected] with:
