• NOT tickets or confirmed reservations that guarantee travel

YOU MUST PURCHASE ACTUAL TICKETS/BOOKINGS once your visa is approved. Our reservations cannot be used for actual travel.

3.2 Visa Approval Disclaimer

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy or consulate
• We cannot guarantee, promise, or ensure visa approval
• Visa rejection does not entitle you to a refund (see Section 7)

If you do not receive your documents, check spam/junk folders, verify the email address provided, and contact us within 24 hours of expected delivery. We will resend documents at no additional charge if the delay was our fault.

7. No Refund Policy

7.1 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Change of mind or travel plans
• Errors in information you provided
• Failure to use documents provided
• Documents not accepted by authorities (if created according to your specifications)
• Expiration of temporary reservations
• Delays in visa processing by authorities

• Force majeure events

7.2 Exceptions (Our Error Only)

Refunds or service corrections will ONLY be provided if:

• We failed to deliver the service entirely
• There was a clear error on our part in document preparation (not due to your incorrect information)
• Technical failure prevented service delivery

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any errors to be considered.

7.3 Chargebacks

• Initiating a chargeback for delivered services is considered fraud
• We will provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReservationPoints.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
