Upon placing an itinerary order and making payment, ReservationPoints sends email confirmation. The company offers unlimited reasonable corrections to your itinerary if necessary, whether it be date changes or travel changes.

The service fee paid is distinct from actual ticket purchases. If a visa denial results from our itineraries or service-related issues, ReservationPoints refunds flights and hotels. Processing requires the complete letter of rejection signed and stamped by the embassy authority as a single scanned attachment, along with any other rejection documents.

2. Refund Request Process

Customers can contact an agent to initiate refund requests. Refund requests are processed immediately with notification and automatic credit to the original payment method within a specified period of time.

3. Pending Refund Status

If your refund has not arrived, please follow these steps:

  • Verify your bank account details
  • Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted
  • Check with your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
